Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains how The Undeniable Company LLC (“The Undeniable Co.,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit theundeniableco.com (the “Site”). We will update this page as the Site and our products grow.

The short version

  • You can browse the Site without giving us any personal information.
  • If you email us, we receive only what you choose to send, such as your email address and message.
  • We use that information only to respond to you.
  • We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Information we collect

Information you give us. The public Site does not currently offer an assessment account or response form. The planned Foundation assessment is described below. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. Please don’t send us sensitive personal details (health, financial or similar information).

If we add a sign-up or other form in the future, we will update this policy first.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host automatically records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

Store. Our Store is not yet open. We do not collect payment or shipping information. We will update this policy before purchases open.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and messages.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work and stay secure, such as those set by our website platform (WordPress). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools, we will update this page first.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and send email, and only as needed to provide those services. This currently includes our website host, Hostinger. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the public or The Undeniable Co.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Links to our social media accounts (for example, X and Instagram) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records. Server logs are kept by our host according to its standard practices.

Your choices and rights

You can:

  • ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete your information.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Foundation assessment

The Foundation assessment is not yet open to public participants. The following describes the current build and the access model planned for launch.

No email required. The assessment uses a browser-linked anonymous account. It saves the answers you submit and the results generated from them on our servers. Same-browser access does not mean answers are stored only on your device.

Returning to results. Use the same browser on the same device and retain its site data. Clearing site data, ending a private-browsing session, or switching browsers or devices can cause loss of access. There is no email-based recovery. Clearing browser data does not itself delete information saved on our servers.

Technical usage events. The current build records events such as entering or completing a step, without including answer or feedback text in those event records. An inactivity event does not expire or delete a result.

Not monitored. Assessment answers are not monitored for emergencies or signs of crisis. Submitting an answer does not request help or trigger outreach. The assessment is a self-reflection tool, not professional care or an emergency-response service. Do not use assessment answers or our support email to seek emergency assistance.

Before participation opens. We will identify the assessment’s hosting and data-service providers and publish the applicable retention, backup handling, and deletion process. Those operational details and the saved-result retrieval experience still need hosted verification. No claim of immediate deletion from every backup is made here.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
